All projects are implemented according to the written grant contract signed by the Managing Authority and the lead partner. Before the signature, all documents relating to the project proposal, the eligibility of the partners and actions and other possible conditions adopted by the JMC are accurately reviewed and adjusted by the lead partner with the cooperation of its partners. The procedure is instructed and supported by the Managing Authority and its branch office. Following documents are mandatory (if not otherwise mentioned) to the grant contract negotiation phase and they should be delivered in electronic form to the PROMAS and in one original copy to the paper delivery.
