Call for proposals is open

The South-East Finland – Russia CBC 2014–2020 Programme call for proposals is open and first two deadlines to submit applications for the evaluation and decision-making are 15 March 2017 and 30 June 2017. In order to apply for funding, the application and its mandatory annexes should be submitted to the PROMAS system by 23:30 o’clock Finnish time at the latest for the selected round of a call.
