INFORMATION SERVICE

Managing Authority collect and publish several statistics for reporting purposes but also to serve public, stakeholders and media. This page is dedicated to serve as an open source of information of applied and committed funding, project partners per regions and outcomes of cross-border cooperation from different perspectives. EVENT MATERIAL (menu on the left) include the library of the presentations used in the information sessions and trainings organised by the programme. FUNDED PROJECTS (menu on the left) provides portfolios of each granted project and an open excel-matrix presenting basic information of all grants. LARGE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS (LIP)

Two-step approval process of the Large Infrastructure Projects (LIP) funded by the South-East Finland – Russia CBC 2014-2020 Programme has been completed. All ten (10) projects shortlisted by the programme’s Joint Monitoring Committee in 2017, will now proceed to the Grant Contract negotiation phase with the Managing Authority. In accordance with the Implementing Regulations, the contracts must be signed by 30 June 2019. Total CBC financing allocated for the LIPs is circa € 28,9 Mio eur that is circa 40% of the Programme’s financial frame. Infrastructure projects are awarded under three priorities according to the enclosed matrix.

CALL NO 1

First round of call was closed on 15 March 2017. In total, 29 applications requesting grants of ca. 23, 5 million euros were submitted to the Programme. The Joint Monitoring Committee selected 10 proposals for awards for ca. 7,2 million euros on 20 June 2017.

Second round of call was closed on 30 June 2017. In total, 51 applications requesting grants of ca. 41,6 million euros were submitted to the Programme. The Joint Monitoring Committee selected 10 proposals for awards for ca. 7,2 million euros on 12 December 2017.

Third round of call was closed on 28 March 2018. In total, 32 applications requesting grants of ca. 23,5 million euros were submitted to the Programme. The Joint Monitoring Committee selected 10 proposals for awards for ca. 6,5 million euros on 6 September 2018.

CALL NO 4

Fourth round of call was closed on 15 June 2018. In total, 34 applications requesting grants of ca. 20,4 million euros were submitted to the Programme. The Joint Monitoring Committee selected 11 proposals for awards for ca. 6,8 million euros on 18 December 2018.

CALL NO 5

Fifth round of call was closed on 27 March 2019. In total, 42 applications requesting grants of ca. 29,5 million euros were submitted to the Programme. Projects to be funded shall be selected in September 2019 by the Joint Monitoring Committee.
